A new
website with all the flavours of summer is online now –http://www.arecipeforsummer.co.nz brings together the
best of summer recipes from Dish magazine, matched with
wines from Oyster Bay.
The website has launched in
time for the busiest entertaining season of the year and
draws on Dish magazine’s extensive recipe archive to
create the perfect one-stop shop when menu planning this
summer.
Food Editor Claire Aldous is renowned for her
inspiring yet achievable recipes in Dish, which use fresh,
seasonal ingredients and now users can download them for
everything from entertaining friends to simple dinner
solutions.
The recipes are searchable by ingredient
or occasion – such as ‘Christmas’, ‘Entertaining’
and ‘On Holiday’ – making it easy to find just the
right entrée for Christmas Day lunch, great dinners for
holidays at the bach or delicious ideas for the barbecue.
The question of wine matching is also solved with recipes
featuring a suggested wine pairing from Oyster Bay’s
fantastic range.
Dish Editor Victoria Wells says the
magazine is delighted to be partnering with Oyster Bay for
the new website. “Oyster Bay wines are iconic and a
natural fit for any New Zealand celebration – and the
perfect accompaniment to our recipes. We’re thrilled to be
able to offer this new online element. ”
