Relay For Life 2010
Relay For Life 2010
The Cancer Society Wellington Division’s eighth Relay For Life will be held at Frank Kitts Park, Jervois Quay, on 27th-28th March 2010. The waterfront park will once again become a marquee city and temporary home to over 1500 Relay participants and visitors over the weekend.
2010 also marks an exciting new chapter in Relay history as we launch a second event in Porirua. Led by a dynamic group of committed volunteers, Relay For Life – Porirua will be held at Te Rauparaha Arena on 13th-14th March and promises to be an amazing day and night for all!
Relay For Life is a life-changing family orientated event that brings together more than 3.5 million people worldwide every year to celebrate the lives of those who have battled cancer, remember loved ones lost, and empower individuals and communities to fight back against a disease that takes too much from too many.
Team registrations for both events are now open and space is limited, so be in quick to secure your spot.
