Timothy Blackman – New Zealand Tour
Timothy Blackman (born 1983) is a
guitarist, violinist, and singer/songwriter from Auckland,
New Zealand.
Blackman has released two EP’s on his own label, Home Alone Recordings, and is often compared to the more obscure of acts, such as Bill Callahan, Bonnie Prince, Chris Knox and Daniel Johnston.
In 2009 Blackman has been based in Berlin where he performed alongside The Mountain Goats and Scout Niblett. Whilst in Berlin Blackman also recorded his new LP, titled ‘Rain Don’t Choose Where it Falls’.
