Mixandmatch– the only way to fly

Mixandmatch– the only way to fly

Mixandmatch, New Zealand’s latest low-cost carrier has now launched – but don’t expect to see the company’s livery on passing aeroplanes any time soon.

The brainchild of New Zealand’s leading travel company House of Travel, mixandmatch is a new website designed to ensure Kiwi air travellers get the best possible deals – anywhere, any time.

House of Travel Retail Director Brent Thomas says mixandmatch will save travellers time as well as money.

“People are making greater use of the internet to book flights. However, individual airline websites only promote their own products, meaning you need to search between them all to arrange the best possible package. That often means departing on one airline and returning on another. Book using mixandmatch and it’s all done for you,” he says.

Mixandmatch.co.nz uses House of Travel’s new online search engine, FareFinder. FareFinder searches more flights from more airlines than any other website, including those ‘hard to get’ online promotional fares. The results are displayed in an easy-view calendar by day up to six months in advance, effectively enabling travellers to mix and match airlines based on the best available fares.

Mr Thomas says, “We believe mixandmatch will soon be the only way to fly.”
