Syd makes history at 78 years of age
PRESS RELEASE –
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
78 year old Syd Ward will be
competing in the Auckland Body building championship on June
6th. What makes this a significant and history making event
is that it is the 50th Anniversary since Syd first
competed and won the Mr Auckland Title in 1960. Syd went on
to win 3 more Auckland titles and 3 masters titles. Never
giving up his commitment and dedication to the discipline
Syd is a picture of health and trains most
days.
Syd is in full training for the event
training hard and maintaining a strict nutrition
plan.
Syd will enter the over 50’s category on
June 6th in the Auckland Body Building championships to be
held at Auckland Girls Grammar School
Theatre.
