Lindauer set to celebrate in style at New Zealand’s ultimate winter party -
Queenstown Winter Festival - one month to go!

To celebrate the arrival of the colder months, Lindauer has once again teamed up with New Zealand’s ultimate winter party, the American Express Queenstown Winter Festival.

“Lindauer has proudly been in partnership with the festival for over ten years, and we look forward to celebrating the arrival of winter in true, sparkling style” says Lindauer Group Brand Manager, Jennifer Smith.

From 25th June to 4th July, Lindauer will be supporting an array of events and festivities throughout the 2010 programme, with organisers certain that festival-goers will undoubtedly enjoy the variety of activities taking place.

According to Festival Director Simon Green, “Long term partnerships such as the one with Lindauer are the foundation upon which the Festival’s success has been built. Our 10 day programme celebrates all things winter – so what better partner than Lindauer to share it with.”

Lindauer is a Platinum sponsor of this year’s festival, of which key highlight events will include the Lindauer Ball – Moulin Rouge theme on Saturday 26th June and the Lindauer Jazz Night on the following Saturday.

Featuring a stellar line-up of performers who include songstresses Vanessa Kelly and LA Mitchell, together with the acoustic brilliance of Coast and dance extraordinaires Sola Rosa, the popular Lindauer Jazz Night is sure to have crowds dancing the winter weather away.

“We’re already seeing huge demand for the Lindauer Jazz Night” says Green. “I’m really excited about the lineup we’ve put together and believe it will be a fantastic night out, as well as great value for money.”

Lindauer is also proud to be supporting the Lindauer Ladies Fashion Afternoon, which will showcase an array of local fashion favourites, modeled by Queenstown participants in a 12-week fitness challenge.

The challenge is an initiative which invites Queenstown women to take part in a 12-week course. They are professionally coached towards a common goal of gracing the catwalk with style and confidence, in front of a large audience – making the fashionable afternoon a memorable event to be enjoyed with friends.

Throughout the 10 day festival, visitors to Queenstown should keep their eyes peeled for the local Lindauer Hostesses who will be sampling Lindauer Special Reserve Brut Cuvee at Coronet Peak and can also be seen handing out fabulous Lindauer merchandise at the Opening Night Party, Day on the Bay and Mardi Gras.
