PURINA searches for the Fanciest of Feline Food Critics
PURINA today announces
the inaugural launch of its FANCY FEAST Food Critics
competition to find 10 of the most discerning cats in New
Zealand.
With a reputation for unsurpassed quality and nutrition, PURINA prides itself on being able to provide our nations 1.1 million cats with a healthy and well balanced diet.
Melissa Harland, Brand Manager for PURINA explains, “we decided to run this competition to find out what tickles the taste buds of the nations cats. We are passionate about providing the tastiest meals for cats, and who better to tell us than their owners. We can’t imagine a better way to understand the needs of our feline friends”.
Owners are asked to enter at www.friendsoffelicity.co.nz and explain what makes their cat the most fanciest of feline food critics.
“We want to find out which cat has a premium palette and knows their tuna from their chicken” says Melissa. “Our new Elegant Medleys Shredded Fare is a good example of finely prepared chef inspired cuisine. We only want the best cat connoisseurs in the land”.
10 cats and their owners will be selected, following a rigorous screening process, and crowned Gold Level FANCY FEAST Food Critics. They will be featured on the website, along with their regular taste review. All winning entries will receive FANCY FEAST samples throughout the year.
Applications must be in before Monday 30 June 2010.
