Top NZ Potter Celebrated In Conversation with Noel Cheer

Dame Doreen Blumhardt, a renowned New Zealand potter, died a year ago this month.

This week’s guest “In Conversation with Noel Cheer” on Triangle/Stratos Television, is Simon Manchester, a leading New Zealand expert in ceramics, and a friend of the late Doreen Blumhardt. This Conversation discusses the renowned potter, her works and her legacy and also points to an exhibition and lecture at the NewDowse Gallery in Lower Hutt.

Triangle Television, Auckland: (UHF Channels 41, 42 and 52) Wednesday October 6th, 7:00pm

Stratos Television, nationwide: Monday October 11th at 8:30pm. Stratos is found on the satellite platforms Sky Digital Channel 89 and Freeview Digital (but not HD) Channel 21.
