New Young & Hungry Website Launched!

New Young & Hungry Website Launched!

The Young & Hungry Arts Trust is proud to announce the launch of its new website http://www.youngandhungry.org.nz!!!

Our new site, designed by Sunroom Web Design in Nelson, is informative, interactive and provides the perfect avenue for emerging theatre practitioners (regional and national) to get involved with Young and Hungry.

Young & Hungry began at BATS Theatre in 1994 and arose out of a need to provide young people, aged 15-25 years, with opportunities to gain hands-on theatre experience within a professional structure. Since then we have produced over 50 new New Zealand plays for the BATS stage and launched 100s of careers in the Theatre.

Currently Young and Hungry Arts Trust is seeking expressions of interest from Directors, Mentors and Theatre Practitioners who are interested in participating in the 2011 Festival of New Theatre (Wellington). http://www.youngandhungry.org.nz/in-the-news

Registration is also open for performers, designers and technical crew (age 15-25 years) who would like to get involved in the 2011 Festival of New Theatre (Wellington.) http://www.youngandhungry.org.nz/festival-of-new-theatre/get-involved.
