In an effort to support Auckland's
Canterbury cousins, APN Outdoor also
opened a
Christchurch earthquake appeal fund for the event,
encouraging guests to make cash donations. APNO kicked off
the relief fund with a $1000 donation.
The DJ and all bands were on hand to support and encourage guests to get involved in fundraising throughout the night. Collection buckets were sitting on all bars at the venue and as a result thousands of dollars were raised.
