Ten years of fun, mud and wheels
Rotorua Kids bike jam 2011 -Ten years of fun, mud and wheels
The Meridian Bike jam returns to Rotorua on April 3
celebrating its tenth anniversary, but at a new venue: the
Redwoods, Whakarewarewa Mountain Bike Park.
Organiser
Jill Ford says it's a chance for kids of all ages to
participate in a fun-filled, off road bike event where
everyone gets a medal, water bottle and goodies.
“With
three courses for different abilities, and a skills area for
kids to play on, all kids need is attitude, energy, a two
wheeler and a helmet,” she says.
All entrants will
receive a special 10th anniversary medal, as well as the
other goodies.
The Meridian Kids' Bike Jams are the largest mountain bike series for young people in Australasia.
