SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA, Sunday 10 July: MTV Networks Australia and New Zealand today announced reality stars Gaz and Charlotte from the controversial reality series, Geordie Shore, will head down under for the first time to celebrate their new show in conjunction with MTV’s premier winter event, MTV Snow Jam. Geordie Shore currently airs on MTV, Tuesdays at 8:30pm.

Right off the back from filming the final episode of Geordie Shore in Newcastle, on-again-off-again couple; cheeky chappy Gaz and ditzy but sweet Charlotte, promise to bring the North East to Australia like never before. Gaz’s claim to fame is having “a manhood the size of a TV remote control” and Charlotte maintains her size 8 figure on the tin-food diet. With that in mind, Gaz and Charlotte will be ready to get their tash on in the land down under as only a Geordie can.

The two Geordies will join international hip hop star, Lil Jon, MTV Reality star and star of Audrina, Audrina Patridge, “Ice Cream” star, Muscles and Sydney DJ Duo, Softwar to celebrate MTV Snow Jam 2011. In an Australian Snow Jam first, this year MTV Snow Jam has had a facelift and will be transformed into a three day party tour, incorporating the ultimate VIP Winter road trip from Melbourne to snowy Mt Buller. The launch event on Thursday 14 July with Lil Jon and Sydney DJ duo, Softwar, will mark the beginning of the ultimate MTV Snow Jam 2011 road trip that will then see an exclusive crew board MTV buses the following day to hit the road to Mt Buller for the Burton Cattleman’s Rail Jam. Muscles will hit the Mt Buller stage following the action packed Burton’s Cattleman’s Rail Jam snowboard competition at the MTV Snow Jam after party on Saturday July 16.

For exclusive behind the scenes footage and to catch all the action from the MTV Snow Jam road trip, MTV cameras will follow MTV’s Daisy McKenzie-McHarg from her Twitter Tag mission, to the launch event and the journey on the party bus before closing out Snow Jam with a bang and a hangover at Burton’s Cattleman’s Rail Jam. Follow Daisy on #MTVSnowJam and head to www.mtv.com.au/snowjam for an Access All Areas pass to all the debauchery.
