In Search Of South Pacific Television's Missing Network ID Clip
I am trying all avenues to track down some vintage South Pacific Television footage, which seems to missing from the TVNZ Archive's database and I would like any former South Pacific Television (or TVNZ) staff member, who reads Scoop, for their help in tracking down this rare, hard-to-find clip.
The clip concerned is the extended version of South Pacific Television's network I.D. and is the only clip missing (that I know of) from my collection of official TVNZ purchased clips, which consist of network I.D.'s from the pre-TVNZ era from 1975 to 1980.
So far today I have tried TVNZ Licensing once again, Throng, TV2's Facebook page (as it the successor to South Pacific Television) and former TV personality Roger Gascoigne and I am determined to track down and purchase this particular item and I am hoping that Scoop's readers can point me in the right direction and that this clip can be, for once and for all, tracked down, cataloged and stored somewhere safe in the TVNZ Archive.
