it” is the first single from Batucada
Sound Machine's brand new studio album,
"Dont Keep Silent” due out early
2012.
The band are letting fly early with this firey
little summer anthem featuring Mr Richie
Setford on vocals, and heralding a heavier, more
urgent BSM sound.

BSM
have been touring hard over the past 2 years, playing over
50 shows and conquering audiences throughout Europe,
Australia, Korea and Singapore. Highlights include massive
events such as Sziget Festival (Hungary), Horizonte
Festival and Kulturarena
(Germany), Larmer Tree Festival
(UK) and the City of London Festival
(UK) to name a few.
The new tunes have been
road-tested through and through, and the band is stoked to
finally have them recorded and ready for release.
The
new album recorded at The Lab (Olly Harmer)
and mixed by Bob 'Bassy' Brockman (NYC)
will be released through Border Music and
DRM NZ in late Jan 2012.
