The Free Discussion Club
The Free Discussion Club
During the Depression of the
1930s, students of Victoria University founded a Free
Discussion Club. This was a critical outlet for debate on
far-reaching and radical issues.
Artist John Lake resurrects this forum to discuss his year-long project The Campus, currently on show at the Adam Art Gallery as part of the exhibition Camera Work, 24 January – 15 April 2012.
Join us and the artist on Tuesday 6 March, 12 noon
