Two interviews with New Zealand gold medal winning paraplegic swimmer Cameron Leslie are now playing big in London.
The official British Government website on the Olympics is headlining the films about the Whangarei man who won gold at the Beijing Olympics. Cameron, who was born with only partially developed arms and legs, took out the 150 metre individual medley.
In these interviews by the British High Commission, he talks about his competition at the London 2012 Paralympic Games, his career outside the pool and the importance of family.
The interviews were filmed poolside in Auckland’s Henderson to commemorate a 100 days to go the Paralympic games. To catch the films go to: http://goc2012.culture.gov.uk/
