Visiting lecturer shows that children are smarter, more caring and more conscious than adults.

The 41st annual Sir Douglas Robb Lectures at the University of Auckland were given by an internationally recognised leader in the study of children’s learning-and-development. She was the first to argue that children’s minds could help us understand deep philosophical questions

This new view of babies and young children has brought new and sometimes startling insights about some of the Big Questions of philosophy.

The guest In Conversation with Noel Cheer on Triangle Television this week is Professor Alison Gopnick, professor of psychology and affiliate professor of philosophy at the University of California at Berkeley.
