Damon Meade's New Zealand Surf Film "Under The Weather" is being premiered at the SITKA Flagship Store Wednesday December 19th from 830PM.

After months and months of filming, editing and tripping around New Zealand with New Zealand's finest surfers, Gisborne based Damon Meade is set to premiere his much anticipated film "Under The Weather" this December.

Under The Weather showcases the very best surfing New Zealand has to offer and features the most talented surfers New Zealand has ever produced in a uniquely community inspired film. The film began life as a project of Meade's before he saw potential with his footage and launched the surf film concept on to a crowd funding website early in 2012. As time drew closer to the cut off date for funding, Meade's financial targets were reached, and then overwhelmingly surpassed, with the help of a generous community and a few key sponsors that also saw potential for a great New Zealand surf film, and shared Meade's vision.

The premiere of the film will be shown at the Sitka flagship store from 830PM Wednesday December 19th 2012 before it's available to the public from the website www.longwhitecloud.tv
