Ticket Sales Soar as Wellington Prepares for a Fashion Week
Ticket Sales Soar as Wellington Prepares for a Fashion Take-Over
With only two days until the capital turns into a fashion lover's dream, tickets to shows across the week are selling out in rapid succession.
WORLD and Autumn-Winter 13 showcases sold out within weeks, and other shows throughout the week are following closely behind.
Business Director Craig Mills outlines that successful tickets sales are indicative of the overwhelming support for involved designers, and the event's vision.
"We are exceptionally pleased with the way the public have really embraced the event and our designers this year. Ticket sales are really an indication of the calibre of the designers involved, and demonstrates that Wellingtonians are really getting behind it [Wellington Fashion Week]".
The success of the event this year has also been driven by strong support from sponsors who were quick to get behind the event.
