Kurt Vile - Wakin' On A Pretty Daze
Kurt Vile's fifth studio album Wakin' on a Pretty Daze is tagged as his most ambitious album to date - and keep in mind Kurt Vile is pretty ambitious. Recorded with producer John Agnello of Sonic Youth, the Hold Steady, and Dinosaur Jr. acclaim the album manages to be lyrically clever as well as emotionally vulnerable, resulting in a shambling masterpiece of lengthy jams, woozy lyrics, pretty melodies and billowing guitar solos.

Win it on Breakfast at 8:15 all this week with Aaron Hawkins.
