The Otago University Students’ Association is proud to announce the opening of registrations for the 2013 OUSA Battle of the Bands presented by Radio One 91 fm.
“This year the OUSA Battle of the Bands turns 25!” Said Jason Schroeder, OUSA Events Coordinator, “Tracing its roots back to its inception in 1988, Battle of the Bands has nurtured and exposed the best of the Dunedin music scene for a quarter of a century.”
This year the winning band will walk away with a professional music video produced by Moi Moi Productions, $400 cash from the OUSA, recording time in the Albany St Studio thanks to the Otago University Music Department, a Radio One 91 fm advertising campaign and their very own branded gear from Konstruct Clothing (full prize schedule below).

“The OUSA Battle of the Bands is a primary conduit for emerging local music talent and we’re proud to be supporting it in its 25th year.” Said Sean Norling, Radio One 91fm station manager.
