PRE ORDER - Bunnies On Ponies
Some people read a book in their spare time, others waste their lives on social media or in the case of Samuel F Scott (The Phoenix Foundation) he picks up a guitar, ropes in a couple of mates (Craig Terris & Tom Callwood) and records an album titled Heat Death Of The Universe. Inspired by the music of his teenage years, Bunnies on Ponies latest offering has led local hero Russel Brown to exclaim; "this has the kind of unselfconscious, rockin’ feel you’d expect"! Click here to listen to Castle Van Halen, the first single from the album, and if you like the sound of that why not show your support and pre-order/crowd-fund a copy of Heat Death Of The Universe on vinyl!

JAKOB - NEW VIDEO - BLIND THEM WITH SCIENCE

Taken from their forthcoming album Sines, Hawkes Bay trio Jakob have released a video for the opening track Blind Them With Science. Directed by Peter Janes (The Verlaines'Death & The Maiden and the Double Happy's Bridesmaid), Blind Them With Science'sstark black/white performance clip reveals the men behind the music. In other Jakob news the band have an Australasian tour before the end of the year, are appearing at Auckland's St Jerome's Laneway Festival next year, and of course are set to release Sines(2xLP/CD), with pre-orders available from Flying Out.

P.S. Due to unprecedented demand for vinyl worldwide, unfortunately the manufacturing has been delayed and the LPs will now not arrive till the end of November. We do apologise for the delay and are doing everything we can to get the album into your hands. To all those who have already pre-ordered, Flying Out and Jakob would once again like to thank you for your overwhelming support.
