Winery Tour Line up for Waipara Hills Announced

The world famous in New Zealand, Winery Tour, has just announced its iconic line-up for the upcoming 2015 concerts. Waipara Hills are set to hold their 9th Winery Tour on Saturday the 28th February.

New Zealand music legends, Dave Dobbin and Don McGlashan will combine forces and perform together, joined by Supergroove featuring Che Fu, and with Anika Moa completing the line-up.

Concert promoters were quoted in comparing Anika Moa to, “a musical equivalent of a sneaky extra bottle of a favourite, multi-award winning, cheeky Rosé,” a rather fitting statement as Waipara Hills will be releasing their one off, 2014 Waipara Hills Waipara Valley Rosé, to concert goers on the 28th February.

Campbell Smith, The Winery Tour organiser, believes the 2015 Winery Tour holds one of the greatest line-ups of talent they have ever put together, “to play in the best wineries in the country. This tour is about great NZ music, great NZ wine and food, stunning locations and the warm and balmy nights of summer. It’s all about feeling good with friends and family, kicking off your shoes, having a wine or two, a dance and singing along,” Campbell said.

Waipara Hills Cellar Door Manager, Jenny Anderson is thrilled to host the Winery Tour at Waipara Hills again. “It is exciting to be home to The Winery Tour, for the ninth successive year at Waipara Hills. Having hosted thousands of fans dancing, singing and sipping wine amongst our beautiful vines over the years, this season’s talented line up will bring so much heart and soul,” Jenny said.

Ticket information
Tickets (and bus/ticket packages) go on sale on Tuesday 28th October at an Early Bird price of $69 plus booking fee (ticket only). The Early Bird price will end on 30th November; the ticket price will then increase to $79 plus booking fee (ticket only) from 1st December.

*One child under the age of 12 will be given free admittance when accompanied by one adult ticket holder.
