Last chance to sign up for Hutt City Tri
People wanting to sign up for Hutt City Tri need to move fast to avoid the late fee that will be applied after Wednesday 19 November.
The event, on Sunday 23 November in Naenae is often touted as a ‘beginner triathlon’ because it’s a great, achievable goal for regularly active people.
Competitors are encouraged to sign up now at www.huttcitytri.co.nz
To date, more women than men have entered and the average age of competitors is 38. So far the youngest person is 13 and the oldest, 67.
The event will be a classic ‘Hutt vs Wellington’ battle too: about equal numbers of people are travelling from each place to take part. Some people are travelling from as far afield as Masterton.
All the events are timed so it’s a great event to challenge yourself, friends, family, workmates and schoolmates.
The Hutt City Tri website has all the information needed including online sign-up, and interactive maps of the bike and running courses www.huttcitytri.co.nz
