Red Bull Presents 20before15 – 20+ Artists From Their Global Network Release a New, Exclusive Track Every Day From December 1 to 20

From launching Pharrell's album in LA, to making a spaceship with Skrillex, to hosting a myriad of musical trailblazers in ten Red Bull Studios around the world, 2014 was a year of many magical music moments. To celebrate, Red Bull, along with some of the most inspiring artists from their creative network, have curated a selection of songs to take music lovers into 2015. Today marks the first day of Red Bull Presents #20before15.

As part of an overarching commitment to nurture a network of creatives and their artistic development, comes a series of 20 exclusive tracks in 20 days from 33 artists, including our very own Wellington singer and songwriter and Red Bull Music Academy alumni Louis Baker.

All artists involved in the series have played an integral role in one of Red Bull’s various musical programs and projects throughout the past year. Notable contributors include the Lebanese blues rock duo The Wanton Bishops, psychedelic tropical bass outfit Dengue Dengue Dengue, as well as the lyricist from Odd Future’s hip hop collective, Earl Sweatshirt.

Louis Baker will release his “Baloo remix,” a collaboration with UK producer Brad Ellis of the Nextmen. The artists and tracks being released each day is a mystery, so fans need to sign up onredbull.com/20before15 for daily emails detailing each release. Tracks are revealed and made available for streaming and download between December 1 and December 20 at 6pm CET. Downloads are limited to 1,000 digital copies, so checking in early is highly recommended.

Today we see the release of the first track, “Pinching” by Tokimonsta x Iza. LA-based producer TOKiMONSTA is never one to settle. After graduating from the Red Bull Music Academy in 2010, she linked up with both Brainfeeder and the Ultra conglomerate, only to jump-start her very own Young Art imprint in 2014. She’s worked with everyone from Kool Keith and Kelly Rowland – and now she’s paired her signature bold beats with the effortless melodies of acclaimed Polish singer, songwriter and producer Iza Lach.
