Jo Harten arrives to join Kia Magic
The 2015 Kia Magic squad was bolstered today by the arrival of returning star goal shoot, Jo Harten. Harten has been on international duty with England for a series against Jamaica.
“We’re delighted to have Jo back, after what’s been an intensive period of international play for her,” said Kia Magic coach, Julie Fitzgerald.
“We’re getting her back almost two weeks earlier than last year which is great, but we’re conscious of managing her recovery and reintegration very carefully,” added Fitzgerald.
In other Kia Magic news, fans have jumped at the chance to see the team in action in Tokoroa, with the preseason game against Fiji on 21 February, sold out. Tickets are still available, through Ticketek, for the team’s other game against Fiji at the Taupo Events Centre on 19 February.
