Cromwell Travel Broker Finalist in National Travel Awards
Debbie Bradford finalist in national travel agent awards.
Debbie Bradford of NZ Travel Brokers is a finalist in the Best Broker Category of the 2015 Travel Agents Association of New Zealand (TAANZ) National Travel Industry Awards.
The awards recognise excellence on the organisational and individual level within the New Zealand travel industry.
The Best Broker Award recognises an individual who personifies excellence in their role as a travel broker and demonstrates best practice and individual achievement in broker travel service sales.
Debbie Bradford has a history of achievement, she was the recipient of NZ Travel Brokers “Broker of the Year” award in 2014, and she won the NZ Travel Brokers “Brokers Choice Award” as voted by her fellow brokers three years running.
Debbie got her start in the travel industry via her father-in-law, Bert Bradford, saying; “He had the vision and the belief in me back in the 90’s that has me here in the industry today.”
Debbie also credits the support platform provided by NZ Travel Brokers as a key to her success, saying; “A massive thank you has to go to Steve Lee and Guy Flynn for creating a platform for all of us to run our own businesses. Without that foundation, none of us would be here today doing what we love, selling travel, within the walls of our own homes whilst raising families. We are the lucky ones!”
NZ Travel Brokers as a whole is also a finalist in the awards in the Best Broker Brand category. The Best Broker Brand award recognises organisations that demonstrate best practice in brand management, industry involvement, customer focus and industry partnerships. NZ Travel Brokers previously won this award in 2014.
There are a total of 21 categories in the awards, and the winners will be selected by the TAANZ NTIA Judging Panel. Winners will be announced at the Awards Ceremony held Friday 28th August 2015.
