Mondiale Aces name unchanged side for Georgie Pie Super Smash game against Northern Knights
Following their Super Over win over the Canterbury Kings the Mondiale Aces have named an unchanged side to play the Northern Knights tomorrow.
The side take on the Knights who sit one place above them on the Georgie Pie Super Smash ladder at Seddon Park. The Mondiale Aces have pulled up well from the Canterbury game and have no injury concerns heading to Hamilton.
Mondiale Aces Coach Mark O’Donnell believes his side will have to lift a notch in taking on the dangerous Knights side at home.
“We know they have some potentially dangerous batsmen and skillful bowlers. We only have to look back at our Plunket Shield game this season to know what both sides can do if the wicket offers some assistance.”
“It was good to see once again batsmen stepping up in yesterday's game and taking control. We also saw some fantastic resolve from our bowlers who I thought bowled very well as a unit.”
An XI will be selected from the following 12 players (shirt number in brackets)-
