Elizabeth Marshall Announced as Demonstrator for the Wellington Gluten Free Food and Allergy Show in March 2016
WELLINGTON, NEW ZEALAND, March 2, 2016 -
Wellington chef Elizabeth Marshall has announced plans to be
a part of this year’s Gluten Free Food and Allergy Show
taking place in the Wellington region at Te Rauparaha Arena
in Porirua on 19-20 March.
“Food celebrates
diversity and brings people together,” shared Elizabeth, a
former Masterchef New Zealand 2014 contestant turned local
entrepreneur. “I feel it’s important to create delicious
recipes everyone can enjoy together, including those
with food allergies (GF, DF, EF) or those living “free
from” diets.”
Well known for her decadent
desserts and delicious gluten free recipes, Elizabeth caters
not only for those with food allergies, but also for those
without. In her spare time she volunteers for the Newlands
Community House making lunches and also works with Good
Bitches Baking.
“I’m sharing my recipe for a
classic American Burger and a delicious vegetarian Chinese
noodle dish,” shared Elizabeth. “Simple, fast, authentic
and tasty takeaways to make at home. These recipes are
gluten free and dairy free, but you don't have to be. They
can also be made egg free or vegetarian too. I’m really
excited to share some fab tips to make cooking for yourself,
friends and/or family members a whole lot
easier.”
The Gluten Free Food & Allergy Show will
be held from 10am to 5pm on Saturday, 19th and Sunday 20th
March at the Te Rauparaha Arena in Porirua. Tickets to the
event can be found on the website at http://www.glutenallergy.co.nz.
Elizabeth will be sharing her tips and recipes in the
Demonstration Room at 1:30 PM on both
days.
