Theoradical Hobohemians - "Symposium" Auckland Music/Poetry Event

After the rambunctiously entertaining show Oblivion hosted by the Theoradical Hobohemians last year the exuberant troop of poets and musicians have decided to return to the stage for an exciting follow up show titled Symposium. The eclectic vaudevillian stage show will take place in the "Gods Theatre" upstairs amongst the rafters of Mercury theatre on the 19th of March (8pm sharp). The lives and writings of the ancient Greek's will influence the nights poems and melodies. Half price cocktails will be available for patrons who dress in togas or ancient Greek themed attire.

The tribe of wild poets preforming on the night are; Simone Kaho, Rene Harrison, Christian Jensen, Murray Haddow and Leanne Rattray. While composer Murray Van Hoorn will lead a classical 4 piece chamber ensemble, Jarad Bryant and Adam Colgrove will be preforming contemporary electronic music and Volita Bioletti of The Neo-Kalashnikovs will be preforming on guitar. Well known Kiwi actor Mike Innes will also be running across the stage as the most influential philosopher of all time Socrates.
