Tour Announcement: DJ SOTOFETT - Debut New Zealand Tour

Norwegian DJ / Producer DJ SOTOFETT, owner of heavily lauded and respected underground electronic label SEX TAGS MANIA heads to New Zealand for his debut tour in Auckland & Wellington this April.

There’s a lot to be said for anonymity – while for many it comes off as over the top, DJ SOTOFETT & his brother DJ FETTBURGER have steered their vinyl only, limited press record label to almost underground star status over the past few years, with releases being highly sort after with often incredible re-sale values.

An offshoot of Norway’s impressive heritage when it comes to interesting, forward thinking and often challenging club music, DJ SOTOFETT has built on the foundations dug by fellow countryman such as Todd Terje, Lindstrom & Prins Thomas as a DJ, in the studio and also as a label owner.

With the Sex Tags Mania empire regularly placing in ‘Label of the Year’ lists and a reputation as a uncompromising & flawless DJ, SOTOFETT is known for melding house, disco, techno, acid, jungle, dub & ambient with clinical precision.

His debut long player, Drippin’ For A Tripp, released via the Damon Albarn run Honest Jon’s Records in 2015 received global praise (7.9 – Pitchfork, 4.2/5 - Resident Advisor, 5/5 – Discogs.com), firmly cementing DJ SOTOFETT as one of those artists you’ll wish you’d heard about before all your friends.
