Day / Night party to launch the festive season
*for immediate release*
Strange Behaviour: Rhythm Section International
From 2pm, 3 December, Meow, Edward Street, Wellington
On 3 December Strange Behaviour bring you their very first day / night event, with London-based party and record label Rhythm Section set to make their debut Wellington performance at Meow in the central city.
Founder Bradley Zero is joined by Melbourne-based Prequel and UK-based New Zealand duo, Chaos in the CBD, who’s first EP for the label - ‘Midnight in Peckham’, became an underground hit worldwide.
After establishing Rhythm Section as one of London’s best nights out, the record label kicked off in 2014 with immediate success, with tastemaker extraordinaire Gilles Peterson nominating the imprint for Label of the Year at his ‘2015 Worldwide’ awards.
Based in Peckham, South East London, Rhythm Section is rooted in a deep passion for music that embraces the new whilst paying respect to the old ways of doing things.
Taking over Meow on Edward Street from 2pm on 3 December, Strange Behaviour will create a party that you can bring your family to during the day, grab some food, and then dance the night away until the wee hours of Sunday morning.
This unique event is also a rare chance to see Chaos in the CBD, who since shifting to London, have become one of New Zealand’s most successful electronic acts.
….
Wellington based party crew Strange Behaviour have become the go to brand for forward thinking electronic music, bringing through a diverse range of acts, including Seven Davis Jr., Bicep, Lefto, DJ Sotofett, and many more. Recently celebrating their 2nd birthday, they’re excited to bring you their first day / night party.
Tickets are $25 from http://www.dashtickets.co.nz/event/7m31qjvsn
