The 2017 Alliance Française French
Film Festival Announces Encore Screenings in
Auckland
Following a successful run in Auckland,
the Alliance Française French Film Festival have announced
their 2017 encore screenings.
Auckland fans of
francophone cinema will have the opportunity to catch the
2017 Festival’s most popular films from 31 March - 2 April
at Rialto Cinemas Newmarket and from 7 - 9 April at Berkeley
Cinemas Takapuna.
Titles selected for the encore
screenings are opening night film The Odyssey (L’Odyssée),
direct-from-France comedy hit One Man and his Cow (La vache),
medical thriller 150 Milligrams (La fille de Brest)
starring Sidse Babett Knudsen, and Mia Hansen-Løve’s
Things to Come (L’avenir), which
features a mesmerising performance from Isabelle
Huppert.
