Tennis Otago Announces OFS Insurance Brokers as Naming Rights Sponsor for 2018 Otago Indoor Open

Tennis Otago is pleased to announce OFS Insurance Brokers as the naming rights sponsor for the 2018 Indoor Open to be held at Dunedin’s Edgar Centre from 21-23 September. OFS Insurance Brokers has also taken up a right of renewal for the 2019 event.

“We are grateful for OFS Insurance Brokers’ support of an event that is gathering momentum each year” says John Alexander, Tennis Otago Chairperson. “Early indications are that the field will be the biggest and best for many years, and OFS Insurance Brokers’ sponsorship will underpin that growth”.

The 2018 OFS Insurance Brokers Otago Indoor Open will culminate in a finals day featuring catered courtside tables and ball kids. Tennis NZ High Performance Director Simon Rea – the coach who guided Nick Kyrgios from 843rd in the world to a win against Rafael Nadal at Wimbledon in 2014 – will be courtside to take in the action.

“We’re excited about the showcase finals day formula which was very successful last year, and gives this tournament added appeal as a spectator event” says John Alexander.

“Tennis Otago has an exciting vision for its biggest annual indoor senior tournament and we’re proud to be part of it”, says Hunter Stevenson, Managing Director of OFS Insurance Brokers. “As an Otago owned and managed company that likes to supports the local community, we’re excited to be supporting this tournament”.
