Adshel takes ‘New Zealand Geographic Photographer of
the Year’ to the streets of NZ
Adshel New Zealand has announced its support of the prestigious New Zealand Geographic Photographer of the Year competition and exhibition.
Now in its tenth year, the New Zealand Geographic Photographer of the Year is the nation’s most popular and richest photographic competition, providing a recognised platform of success for finalists and category winners.
The 2018 competition has seen more than 3000 entries from around the country, which judges have narrowed down to 52 finalists; 48 photographs and four time lapse videos.
The exhibition showcasing the finalist images, will be broadcast nationwide to the public across Adshel Live, New Zealand’s largest digital roadside network.
The Adshel Live network consists of over 280 ultra-high definition screens in prime locations spanning the CBD to the inner and outer suburbs across Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch and Tauranga.
Winners of the competition will be announced at the New Zealand Geographic Photographer of the Year awards on October 25 at Q Theatre in Auckland.
