Game, Set, Summertime - The ASB Classic Returns From 5 - 17 January, 2026
Get ready for world-class tennis, summertime vibes and unforgettable moments on and off the court. The ASB Classic 2026 will see the WTA women’s tournament run from Monday 5 – Saturday 10 January, followed by the ATP men’s event from Sunday 11 – Saturday 17 January, all held at the Manuka Doctor Arena in central Auckland.

New Zealand’s premier tennis event will once again serve up two thrilling weeks of top-tier WTA and ATP competition, set against the buzz of Auckland’s favourite summer playground. Following record-breaking ticket sales at this year’s tournament, the ASB Classic has cemented its place as a must-attend event on the Auckland summer calendar.
“We’re incredibly excited to welcome tennis fans back to the Manuka Doctor Arena this January,” comments Tournament Director Nicolas Lamperin. “From thrilling on-court action to vibrant fan experiences, food, and entertainment, the ASB Classic offers something for everyone.”
Player announcements will be made in the coming months. Last year’s top tier field included tennis legends Australian Open champion Madison Keys, Wimbledon runner-up Amanda Anisimova, Naomi Osaka, Ben Shelton, Gaël Monfils, and local hero Lulu Sun. The Serve will return with some of NZ’s best entertainment, food and beverage offerings, providing the perfect place to meet with friends and soak up the off-court atmosphere.
Tickets will go on sale in August, with fans encouraged to join The Classic Club to access exclusive pre-sales, offers and the latest tournament news. Ground passes, premium seats, and hospitality options will be available - with strong early interest expected following last summer’s sell-out sessions.
