The Trusts Sponsors 38th Waitākere Arts Awards
The Trusts are proud to announce their renewed sponsorship of the 38th Trust Art Awards Exhibition, one of West Auckland’s most celebrated arts events. Hosted by Waitākere Arts at the Corban Estate Arts Centre in Henderson, the exhibition showcases the creativity and talent of artists from across the region.
This year’s exhibition continues a proud tradition of celebrating artistic excellence and connecting the community through the power of art. The event draws a wide range of contributors, from emerging talents to established artists, and provides a platform to highlight the diverse voices and perspectives of West Auckland.
Sue Butler, President of Waitākere Arts, says:“Waitākere Arts is proud to host the 38th Trust Art Awards Exhibition at the Corban Arts Estate, Henderson. We thank the Trust for their investment in the Arts. Our Exhibition brings the Best to the West and is a significant event for our contributing Artists and the local community.”
The exhibition features a wide range of artworks, including both 2D and 3D pieces. There is also an emerging artists section and a dedicated youth section showcasing the next generation of creative talent.
The Trusts’ sponsorship reflects its ongoing commitment to supporting local culture and creativity. By investing in events like the Trust Art Awards Exhibition, The Trusts helps ensure the arts remain vibrant and accessible for the community.
The 38th Trust Art Awards Exhibition will open 11 – 19 October at the Corban Estate Arts Centre, offering visitors an opportunity to experience and purchase works from some of West Auckland’s most talented artists.
