Coleridge Downs To Serve Farm-To-Table Flavour At The New Zealand Open

The New Zealand Open presented by Millbrook Resort is proud to announce a new partnership with Coleridge Downs, one of New Zealand’s leading farms, celebrated for its sustainable farming practices, commitment to community, and world-class protein.

A cornerstone of their operation is the Coleridge Downs Cadet Programme, which develops and inspires the next generation of New Zealand’s farming leaders. As part of the partnership, these Cadets will attend the New Zealand Open, helping deliver a genuine farm-to-table experience by preparing and serving premium Coleridge Downs beef and lamb throughout tournament week.

Having the Cadets involved with the New Zealand Open will offer them a very different experience from their day-to-day life on the farm — providing exposure to a world-class sporting event and a diverse range of people and experiences.
