Brooklyn-based artist and producer Doov has just released his latest high-energy banger, 'Mr. Worldwide' - co-produced with his brother and longtime collaborator Silly J.

'Mr. Worldwide' is an infectious dancefloor filler, masterfully fusing tech-house production with shoutable rap hooks. Born from a synth line created in a post-surgery fever dream, the song serves as a modern homage to the 2000s dance-pop era. The track features a sample of an interview with Pitbull from Australia's Smallzy's Surgery on NOVA, anchoring a playful nod to the iconic moniker.

Doov explains the inspiration behind 'Mr Worldwide':

"I always had this line floating in my head about 'feeling like Mr. Worldwide' because I think it sounds cool, but it's also kind of funny. Pitbull is obviously an extremely talented and successful artist, but he seems never to take himself too seriously and is really focused on making his music fun. In large part, that's what I'm trying to do as well... I think my main goal is to make fun music that connects without ever taking itself too seriously."

The release is accompanied by a music video inspired by the visuals of Pitbull's 'Hey Baby', fully embracing the vibrant, fun-first spirit of the club-pop era for a new generation of listeners. Following the success of viral hits like 'Evil' and 'Impress Me', which have helped propel Doov to over 1.5 million organic monthly streams, the new single captures the definitive blueprint for Doov's signature "Dancerap" sound.

After getting his start in the New Jersey SoundCloud scene, Doov shifted his direction following a pivotal stint in Berlin. Immersed in the city's underground techno culture, he reshaped his sound into the high-octane, club-driven lane he leads today.

Between a recently sold-out show at NYC's Mercury Lounge and the launch of his own Dancerap event series, Doov is firmly at the forefront of a new era where hip-hop and EDM share the same dancefloor.
