Salient Editor 2006 Appointed
Current Salient feature writer James Robinson has been appointed Salient editor for 2006.
Robinson was Music Editor in 2003, and was a staff feature writer in 2004 and 2005. He has completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Media and Politics at Victoria University.
Robinson, who won an Aotearoa Student Press Association Award (ASPA) for Best Feature Writer in 2004, said that he was “stoked”with his appointment. Readers could expect Salient 2006 to have a strong pop culture component, while continuing to investigate issues of interest and concern to students and the wider community.
