Quality export education is increasing important to the overall health of the New Zealand economy and The Professional Bar and Restaurant School has recognised the key to increasing our student export earnings is to recognise that it is a rapidly evolving market (both in terms of which countries students come from and what they will pay good money to study) and to be first to the emerging markets with a product tailored to its needs. The Professional Bar and Restaurant School has been meeting and growing with this need as has been shown with the recognition from these awards.
