PROPOSED IPO OF EVOLVE EDUCATION GROUP LIMITED
Evolve Education Group Limited (“Evolve”) is considering an initial public offer of ordinary shares to the public.
It is expected that a prospectus will be registered for the offer on or about 14 November 2014. It is intended that the offer will be available to New Zealand and Australian resident clients of New Zealand and Australian brokers who receive an allocation from Evolve and to institutional investors in New Zealand, Australia and other selected jurisdictions. There will be no general public offer.
The intended use of the funds to be raised under the offer will be to acquire Lollipops Educare, PORSE and other early childhood education businesses, and to pay the costs associated with those acquisitions and the offer.
No money is currently being sought and no applications for shares will be accepted or money received unless the subscriber has received an investment statement.
