Revised Statement From TVNZ Chairman
The Chairman of TVNZ, Ross Armstrong, today clarified comments attributed to him in this morning's Christchurch Press concerning a review of TVNZ's news and current affairs programmes.
Mr Armstrong said all his comments were made in the context of the overall review of TVNZ that will be required to develop a Charter for the company.
"In the context of the charter, News and Current Affairs will form a part of the total review of all the objectives of TVNZ and will not be singled out specifically.”
