Pay talks settled
IHC and the Service and Food Workers Union have settled for a two percent increase, subject to ratification by members.
The increase will be from September 1 2003 to August 29 2004.
“I’m pleased we’ve settled after such lengthy negotiations,” IHC Chief Executive Ralph Jones said today.
“We look forward to
getting on with supporting people with disabilities and
putting this difficult time behind
us.”
