Official Opening of New Inpatient Mental Health Unit
The Southland District Health Board (SDHB) is pleased to announce that the Official Opening of the new Inpatient Mental Health Unit will take place on Friday, 26 September 2003 at 11.00am at the main entrance of the new Inpatient Mental Health Unit, Gate 2, Elles Road.
SDHB Chairman Dennis Cairns will formally open the new unit.
Tineka Stokes, Chief Executive Offficer, Quality Health NZ will formally present the Accreditation Certificate at this occasion.
A public open day is scheduled for Sunday, 28 September 2003 and members of the community are welcome to view the new facility. Further details around the open day will be provided closer to the date.
