National Air Ambulance Strategy Feedback Analysis Report released
The National Air Ambulance Strategy Feedback Analysis Report has been released today (see PDF document at http://www.acc.co.nz/about-acc/press-releases/national-air-ambulance-strategy.pdf ). This report is a summary of the more than 50 written responses to the “Current State Assessment of Air Ambulance Services in New Zealand: Discussion Document”.
Feedback consultation on the development of a National Air Ambulance Strategy took place between 9 August and 10 September 2004, based around the “Current State Assessment” document. This document outlined the current state of air ambulance services and provided a number of questions to initiate feedback. Over 250 copies were distributed during the consultation period, and it was also available on the Internet.
The analysis of submissions received is now being used to prepare options for a draft National Air Ambulance Strategy, which is expected to be released for public consultation during October/November 2004.
