New Zealand's Largest Dental Network Confirms Its Presence In Waikato

Lumino, New Zealand's largest dental network, today confirmed settlement of the acquisition of two significant dental practices in Hamilton and Te Awamutu.

Excel Dental Care in Hamilton and Te Awamutu will now operate under the new Lumino dental brand, launched by Abano Healthcare Group in May 2005. Each practice will undergo a refurbishment, with new signage and staff uniforms.

Both practices have a wide patient base in their communities, and offer high end corrective and cosmetic dentistry. Dentists and staff will remain at their respective practices, and will continue to provide quality dental services to their patients.

The acquisition further expands the Lumino network outside of the greater Auckland region, with a growing number of additional investment and acquisition opportunities currently under investigation.
