Cabinet Papers released on Organ Donation
The
Ministry of Health today published the Cabinet papers in
regard to the Human Tissue Act 1964 review which includes
organ donation.
Our preliminary view is that there are still some fundemental errors in this proposed legislation.
Therefore we will not be asking Dr Jackie Blue MP to withdraw from the ballot the Private Members Bill that she submitted last week.
