1/5/06 After slipping on the rocks a woman was transported from Okura River (Warkworth) to North Shore Hospital.
1/5/06 A female child with a medical condition was transported from Waiheke Island to Starship Hospital.
2/5/06 The helicopter responded to Waiheke Island and transported a male child with a medical condition to Starship Hospital.
3/5/06 After being crushed by a horse a woman with numerous injuries was transported from Hoteo (Warkworth) to North Shore Hospital.
6/5/06 A woman with a medical condition was transported from Waiheke Island to Auckland City Hospital.
7/5/06 The helicopter responded to Karekare Beach to a person missing in the water. Stood down enroute.
