MRT Strike Times

Please note that the starting time for the sttike by Medical Radiation Technologists or MRTs is NOT the same at all DHBs.

Some media have been reporting that the strike starts at 10.00am - that is the case ONLY in Canterbury and could disrupt plans for treatment at hospitals where it starts later in the day.

The dates below are the start times for the strikes - it would be a great help if you make sure the correct times are used.

Bay of Plenty - 4.00pm
Tairawhiti Gisborne - 5.00pm
Lakes - 4.30pm
Hutt Valley - 5.00pm
Canterbury - 10.00am
Otago - 4.30pm
Southland - 5.00pm
